We provide a curriculum complying with international standards

We keep providing our instructors and, through them, students with training / learning materials meeting international standards, which is a way of helping them reach various levels of progress towards becoming divers. Our hands-on course materials of excellent quality and practical value are indispensable for safe diving. We keep amending our regulations to observe the changes seen in international trends; this is how instructors and their students will always stay aware of the current rules, technologies and methods.

We keep updating our training materials

We are aware that knowledge of diving keeps changing and developing like any other field of science. This is why we constantly update our training materials: we follow the news of the trade, and incorporate it in our course materials if we consider it worthy of teaching to our students. This way you can be sure that none of our publications you receive has lost relevance or is outdated, but it provides you with access to the most recent course materials, whether you study or teach from it.

We provide instructors with professional training materials

We don’t only train divers and diving instructors, but also enable qualified diving instructors to pass on the latest knowledge to their future students, teaching them to dive safely. Our professional and continuously updated training materials enable diving instructors to teach their students all that they need to know about this sport.

We employ the safest methods of diving, and use dive computers

Today, computers are used in every segment of our lives. Diving is no different. Scuba diving is a safe sport, once you observe certain rules. Before diving, you need to be aware of certain information, like your dive time or the maximum depth. With the use of various tables or dive computers, these are considered to calculate how much time you can spend under water. Dives must be planned in advance; however, tables are not flexible enough, they call for using a dive watch and a depth gauge, moreover, they do not even measure the speed of ascent, which is crucial for diving. For these reasons, UEF prefers the use of dive computers. Most dive schools teach their students to use dive tables, while only recommend using dive computers; as opposed to them, UEF keeps up with the times, and requires the use of a dive computer as early as for the planning and execution of the first open water dive on the grounds that it is the only way to make diving truly safe.
