PIC owsiThe first step of becoming a professional diver is divemaster certification. In possession of your Divemaster certificate, you can guide divers of various skills and experience during their dives. Your duty is to ensure their safety, but their experiences of the dives are also at your hands.

A good divemaster is the engine of a dive centre and an esteemed partner to diving instructors, because they efficiently contribute their knowledge to the work of instructors and dive schools. In possession of divemaster certification, you can train and certify snorkel divers on your own.

It would be a challenge to list all the duties of divemasters here, but if you enjoy dealing with people, are capable of making fast and responsible decisions in given situations, like sunshine and diverse dives, this course is for you. Find an instructor, and enter the UEF team of professionals.

To enrol for the course, you need Rescue Diver or Master Scuba Diver and three specialty certifications plus 100 verified dives.

Open Water Scuba Instructor is the first level in the hierarchy of instructors. As an esteemed member of the UEF instructor team, you are certified to train Junior Kid Divers up to Master Scuba Divers.

As a holder of the Master Scuba Instructor certification, you will be certified to train Divemasters. You can become a Master Scuba Instructor if you have Open Water Scuba Instructor certification and instructor certifications of three specialities. Another prerequisite is a record of training and certifying at least 50 divers.

Training diving instructors is an honour and also huge responsibility and work, as they train prospective divers all over the world. Only highly experienced Master Scuba Instructors are allowed to enrol for the Instructor Trainer course. During the training, the candidate is required not only to demonstrate their knowledge, but also to actively participate in multiple instructor training courses to acquire the knacks of instructor training. For a Master Scuba Instructor, it may take as much as years after enrolling to obtain the respectable degree of Instructor Trainer.

The degree of Instructor Certifier is the highest attainable level in the UEF diver training system. Instructor Certifiers certify the rank and file of UEF’s diving instructors. This degree is awarded by the UEF management to respected Instructor Trainers who are fully committed to UEF, based on recommendations.
