Open Water Scuba Instructor is the first level in the hierarchy of instructors. As an esteemed member of the UEF instructor team, you are certified to train Junior Kid Divers up to Master Scuba Divers.
It may seem a cold adventure at first glance, but normally stirred lake waters get crystal clear under surface ice, offering stunning visibility. Looking up through the sheet of ice at the sun is an unforgettable experience. After completing this diving course, you can dive also in frozen lakes, in addition to warm tropical waters.
Diving is interesting not only in summer or in tropical waters; various lake and sea dives in cold seasons may also offer a lot to explore.
The possibility of wearing undergarments of various thicknesses represents a great advantage of dry suits, and makes them comfortable for diving even in cold waters or in winter. In a dry suit diving course, you can learn skills needed to use this special equipment safely.

Participating in a Rescue Diver course you can further develop your self-rescue skills, as well as buddy rescue to save a dive buddy in trouble. We have compiled our UEF Advanced Open Water Diver course to include the most common types of specialty dives, and teach participants about boat dives, night dives, diving in current and around wrecks, as well as underwater navigation. Certified advanced divers can dive to a maximum depth of 30 metres with a similarly certified dive buddy or with a divemaster.
You can enrol for the course if you have an Open Water Diver certificate and twenty verified dives.
An Open Water Diver course provides you with the basic skills of scuba diving. The exercises completed during swimming pool dives prepare you for the real adventure: open water dives.
When you complete your minimum of four open water dives, you will apply what you have learnt during your pool sessions. If your tight schedule does not allow you to attend theoretical classes, you can prepare for the theoretical test on your own, using first-rate UEF diver training materials received from your instructor. Even with home learning, your instructor will certainly keep checking on your progress, and will help if you are stuck.
Snorkel dives are a great experience and help you improve your water safety, physical condition and diving technique.
Although snorkel diving is available at countless sites even without the assistance of a dive centre, a Snorkel Diver course can teach you a lot about the right way to use your equipment, about marine life, as well as pressure equalisation techniques.
A Snorkel Diver course is an excellent foundation for scuba diver training, if you feel like carrying on with your adventure.
This diving course represents the third grade of kid diver training. Once over 12 years of age, kids can start their diving studies and can gradually become an underwater explorer. This course uses training materials made for adults, but because the participants are still kids, their sizes and capabilities are taken into account to a maximum extent both in theoretical and practical training.
After certification, kids above 12 years of age are permitted to dive to a depth of 10 metres of accompanied by an instructor or a divemaster.
Older kids aged 10-12 can make open water dives with a diving instructor or a divemaster, to a maximum depth of 5 metres, if they have completed the Advanced Kid Diver course.
The course revises the skills acquired in the pool, and adds theoretical and practical knowledge that is vital for exploring natural bodies of waters, lakes and seas.
